 It stands for Trump’s always chickens Out.

Unfortunately, for the orange one, the truth is that he has a tendency to chicken out. The 50% tariff on European goods lasted an entire weekend actually it was announced on Friday by Sunday it was over.  The date was shifted from first of June to 15 of July. Rumours are that no one can talk to Donald Trump. He knows what he wants to do and he does it independently Of the consequences.

The truth is probably that at the end of the day he doesn’t really care, it’s not something he loses sleep over. For him it’s about the show, being in the press every single day, ideally using the entire bandwidth.

His biggest problem, is that those who have tried to negotiate are treated worse than those who held their position to Donald Trump. China did not say a single word and the tariff went from 145 to 30% they did not negotiate. On the other hand, others did try to have a serious conversation with the White House.  They found out the White House had no idea what they wanted from Japan.

It is evident that the trading team that has been hired by Donald Trump has no real say on trading negotiations as the Japanese have made clear the Prime Minister statement, that they had no idea what Trump wanted.

It’s not so much that Donald Trump is transactional. He’s all about the image. Right now and for the past three days, his big thing has been the golden dome, probably named that way because he has such a fondness for gold. The second thing has been to attacked first the king of England, who came to open the Canada parliamentary session, then to insist that Canada was the source of all fentanyl arriving in the United States and third Canada was a source of all terrorist who came to the United States.

We can expect more the same over the coming months. The one thing we know, is that Trump hates war. He hates the war in Ukraine, but has no idea how to stop it because Putin told him to F off. The Israeli have been pushing America to declare war on Iran, a war that has no value added for America, but huge value added for Israel. 

so far, the Jewish law in America, has been able to remove all mentions of the genocide in Gaza. It’s simply not on the airwaves in America because pressures have been intense not to discuss it. However, even Americans are aware that the rest of the world is deeply against Israel in this genocide. I feel free to call it just that, a genocide because that’s what Israel calls it. To kill all men, women, and children in Casa Either with cluster bombs or starvation.

now, I’m not making a value judgement on the reasons why Israel is so united in its desire to terminate Gaza and kill all its residence. However, I find it rather rich, that Israel feels that using the same tactics that Nazi used is justifiable by anyone, but especially by them. It’s unclear what kind of damage Israel has done to its nation by pursuing this military action against civilian populations. Now it is true that Hamas has some terrorists in Gaza. What people deny is that the 5 million residents of Gaza are all terrorist or members ofHamas.

Now, back to Donald, So far his achievement in the first 100 days are limited mainly because he seems unable to follow through, each time he gets rough he backs down. Considering that his administration has been in power for just over 100 days, the number of initiatives that have ended nowhere or have created more damage than they have provided solutions is breathtaking. 

anyway, The nicknameTACO is likely to persist, it fits rather well actually. By the way, it doesn’t mean that Trump won’t do tremendous damage to the international economy. That is after all his objective it’s unclear right now how much damage will be done. It largely depends on what the rest of the world does, if it decides on a new world economic order that excludes the United States that operate its own little. vessel of unreality, then the damage could be somewhat limited. Or people forget it although the US economy is large international trade is actually a very small percentage of its overall economy.

The first actors to move were the Canadiens. Timing on the New pipeline could not be any better. As of of May, A quarter of the oil that was sold to the United States is now shipped to China. Natural gas is glowing the same direction between 15 and 20% of all natural gas that was flowing to the United States until a few months ago is now flowing off to Vancouver where it is shipped to Asia. there is potential to build a new pipeline towards the East Coast, but that would take years however when there’s a will, there’s a way Canada could start using rail cars to ship the oil to the coast, and that could happen almost immediately. The truth is that if the world economy decides to go along without the US, the damage to the economy will be very limited. Some countries like Germany will suffer a bit more, but the rest not so much.

Anyway, always interesting to give the orange one a new nickname

 it takes a special kind of idiot, to think that he can antagonize his entire customer base, and think that it will not impact his business. When Elon Musk went to work for Donald Trump, and created the doge department, he antagonized every liberal, and these people represent 90% of his client base.That’s not a brilliant move. Now Elon Musk is worth hundreds of billions of dollar, so he shouldn’t care a great deal, however, he needs to care because of several other issues. The cyber truck has been a disaster, most have had to be recalled because of defective glue, it’s not a truck, it’s not a car, it’s noisy, relatively uncomfortable, but great as a development platform. What Tesla has learned in making car manufacturing more seamless is truly amazing. Demographics

 I am preparing a kind of family tree for our children so that they know where they came from.  In my family I am the only survivor, although my brother and sister died recently they were both in their seventies (a story I told already).    It was a fun process, but it provided more than that.  First, I married relatively young I was 26 when I married and nearly 30 when our first child was born.   I was looking at my ancestors.  On my mother's side, she had 6 siblings, Four died before the age of 30, two in war, and two from illnesses.  Only she and a single sister survived.   The two boys had a child each but they died in WWII, and the other sister died as an infant.   what is interesting is that every one of my mother's siblings had children in their early 20s.   I know that my mom was hardly 20 when my brother was born.    What is remarkable is that among our friends, we are the only ones to have fou...
