Trump's legal travail -- it would be a tragedy for anyone else

Donald Trump has to post a $500 million bond in his civil cause if he wants to appeal. A lawyer friend just pointed out the "delicious" irony that it is Trump being hit by the detail workings of the American legal system because for decades Trump has been using these same tools to defeat his enemies in court. Many opponents had to sue for peace if they wanted to stay in business because Trump was brutal when it came to his opponents posting bonds.

That this would now nearly kill his own business is the ultimate requital.
